Hello, I’m Roomina.
I’m Head of Year 13, and I tutor KS3 and GCSE sciences and A-level Chemistry in Ilford, East London and online. I also help students with their university applications.
Why it shapes my teaching
The final years of school, from the inside.
Being Head of Year 13 means seeing the exam years from every side: the pressure of predicted grades, the pace of the A-level course, deadlines that arrive sooner than expected, and how much difference steady support makes.
That shapes how I tutor. Lessons have a clear aim, explanations are calm and patient, and topics are taught completely, so students go into their exams knowing they have covered what they need.
