Course and university choices
Weighing up courses, entry requirements and predicted grades to build a sensible, balanced set of up to five choices.
University applications
As Head of Year 13, I see students through their final year of school, university applications included. I help students choose courses well, write personal statements in their own voice, and stay ahead of every deadline.
Support is available online or in person in Ilford. Rates are shared by message.

Applying to Oxford, Cambridge, medicine, dentistry or veterinary courses? The UCAS deadline for most of these is 15 October, months earlier than for other courses.
What I help with
Weighing up courses, entry requirements and predicted grades to build a sensible, balanced set of up to five choices.
Planning and editing answers to the three UCAS personal statement questions, so the finished statement is specific, well organised and clearly the student’s own.
A plan that works back from the deadlines, including the earlier October deadline for Oxford, Cambridge and most medicine, dentistry and veterinary courses.
A-level Chemistry tutoring for students applying to courses where Chemistry matters most, such as medicine, dentistry and pharmacy.
How it works
01
Share the student’s year group, the courses they are considering and any deadlines.
02
We agree what support is needed and map the sessions against the application timeline.
03
Sessions work through choices and the personal statement until everything is ready to submit.
The statement stays theirs
I guide, question and edit, but I don’t write statements for students. The strongest statements sound like the person who wrote them, and UCAS checks every statement for copied content.
